MEMBER OF UGT DISMISSED

Monday the 17^th of August, Sellbytel decided to dismiss a member of the workers committee belonging to the union UGT

Sellbytel violated all current regulations, and not only did they violate all the current regulations they did it with a member from the union CSIF present!

Sellbytel do very well know, when they want to dismiss a member of the workers committee, the do have to open proceedings with all necessarily documentation.

They also know who the members of the workers committee are and to which union they belong, therefore it surprises us a lot why the company acted as they did, furthermore, it surprises us more that, a member of the union CSIF that were present at the dismissal didn’t say anything and letting the company violate the current regulations

Why does the union CSIF permit that the company doesn’t follow the current regulations?

In UGT we will take all necessarily actions we have at our disposal in use.

 

DELEGADA DE UGT DESPEDIDA

El día lunes 17 de Agosto Sellbytel decidió despedir una delegada del Comité de Empresa de nuestra sección sindical UGT

Sellbytel ha saltado todas las normativas vigentes, y no solo saltó la normativa, si no que lo hizo con la presencia y apoyo de una delegada de  la sección sindical CSIF!!

Es del conocimiento de Sellbytel, que cuando se quiera despedir un delegado del Comité de Empresa, es necesario y obligatorio abrir un expediente contradictorio, es decir, ponerse en contacto con el responsable del sindicato en la Empresa y entregar el expediente con toda la documentación necesaria.

Sellbytel sabe quienes son los delegados del Comité de Empresa y a que sindicato pertenecen, por eso nos sorprende mucho la actuación por parte de la Empresa y además nos sorprende mucho más que la delegada del sindicato CSIF no nos informe nada y permita que la Empresa se salte la normativa!!

¿Por qué permite CSIF que la Empresa no siga las normativas?

Por parte de UGT tomaremos todas las acciones que tenemos a nuestra disposición.
