Are you about to receive a warning?

First of all we have to say that UGT do not agree with the warning policy, even though it is according to the collective agreement, we prefer communication with the workers.

If you are about to receive a warning, you are in your rights to ask for our presents. Your SV can call us on local 2693 or he can send us an email when he knows when they will give you the warning.

In any case we recommend you to sign “no conforme” and then your signature.

We will always advise you about your legal possibilities, your legal rights and obligations, this goes for all your labor issues, not only regarding the warnings. Furthermore, we can explain you the process.

Are the company telling you to sign some papers?

Do you understand what it is?

If it is a warning or dismissal, we recommend you to sign "no conforme" and then your signature. And at any moment you are in tittle to ask for our presents. We will always guide you true your legal possibilities.

If they tell you to sign any other paper we recommend you contact us before you sign, this is your legal right. We will advise you and tell you what it is you are signing and if there are any advantages or disadvantages.
