SELLBYTEL DON´T ANSWER

Here in UGT we have been requesting several meetings with the Company this year.

So far we have received no answers; our requests are being ignored.

The working calendar for 2015 has not yet been done for all projects. We started with this already in September 2014, and it still hasn’t being done! Now we are taking it to TLC (Tribunal Laboral Catalunya

ELECTIONS ARE OVER/ELECCIONES HAN TERMINADO

The elections for the workers council in Sellbytel Barcelona was yesterday the 12th of January.

There were a total of 478 valid votes.

The workers council in Sellbytel Barcelona now do consist of 3 diferents unions, UGT are the biggest

Había un total de 478 votas validos.

El Comité de Empresa Sellbytel Barcelona ya está compuesto por tres diferentes sindicatos, UGT es el mayor.

¿POR QUÉ TENEMOS CAMBIOS ENTRE LOS MIEMBROS DE UGT?

En UGT hemos tenido algunos miembros que no estaban de acuerdo con el grupo. Gracias a ellos varios trabajadores han pérdida la flexibilidad en el trabajo y varios han sido despido. Interpretaron la ley y el convenio colectivo como el diablo interpreta la Biblia. Tuvimos muchos problemas con ellos debido a sus mentiras.

Por lo tanto, no podían participar en la lista de UGT en estas elecciones generales del 12 de enero. CCOO tampoco quería tenerlos en su lista, por lo que están intentando establecer un nuevo sindicato dentro Sellbytel que no forman parte de las negociaciones de nuestro convenio colectivo, y parece que no se preocupan por los trabajadores tampoco. Además, ya están ahora interrumpiendo y destruyendo las negociaciones que UGT ya tiene con Sellbytel, no porque están pensando en los trabajadores, pero sólo porque quieren hacerlo.

Por lo tanto, es muy importante que el 12 de enero votarás UGT si quieres que, no sólo que seguimos mejorando las condiciones de los trabajadores en Sellbytel, sino también para mantener las mejoras que hemos negociado hasta ahora.

 

WHY DO WE HAVE CHANGES IN THE MEMBERS IN UGT?

In the UGT we had some members that did not agree with the group. They coursed loss of flexibility and dismissal of workers in Sellbytel. They interpreted the law and the collective agreement as the devil interprets the bible. We had many problems with them due to their lies all the time.

They could therefore not participate on the list of UGT in these general elections on the 12th of January. CCOO did not want to have them either, so they found a new union that do not take part of the negotiations of our collective agreement, and it appears as if they don’t care about the workers either. Moreover, they are already now interrupting and destroying the negotiations that UGT do have with Sellbytel, not because they are thinking on the workers, but just because they want to do so.

Therefore it is very important that you on the 12th of January vote UGT if you want us, not only to continue improving the workers conditions in Sellbytel, but also to keep the improvements that we have negotiated so far

ELECCIONES DEL COMITÉ DE EMPRESA 2015

El lunes 12 de enero 2015 hay elecciones generales para el comité de empresa. Ya ha pasado cuatro años.

¿Por qué votar UGT el 12/01/2015?

Vota por UGT, no porque somos tu amigo y queremos tener relaciones sexuales contigo, sino porque somos transparentes y serios, y te decimos la verdad si nos gusta como si no, tenemos un gran conocimiento sobre nuestro convenio colectivo, Telemarketing , y hemos resuelto muchos asuntos, e hemos logrado varias mejoras en la empresa

YOUR PAYSLIP

Do you understand your payslip?

You do have varies concepts on your payslip. The Basic salary contains following concepts: Basic salary, (Salario base), “Prorrata”, which are to be explained as the 2 extra payments per year paid every month. We do have according to the collective agreement 14 payments per year, and Sellbytel only pay us 12 times per year. So the 2 missing, “prorrata”, are the 2 missing payments. Then you have a plus for the language if you are working with another language than Spanish, (plus idioma).

These three concepts are the same to everyone that works in another language than Spanish.

Then there are the “acuenta convenio”, “mejora personal/or another mejora”. These are used in order to reach the basic salary according to your contract.

The “acuenta conenio” Sellbytel are using it to freeze your salary. It covers the future salary raises. All raises in the future are being regulated with this one, that means that Sellbytel take the raises from the “acuenta convenio” and raise the concept “salario base”. So on the button line the salary will be the same until the “acuenta convenio” gets to 0,00, after that you will be able to notice the raises.

All the rest such as bonus, sales, or whatever it is called, depends on your project, and all questions about how these are calculated should be addressed to your Supervisor or Manager, they are the only ones who can explain you how this part of your salary are calculated.
