Do you understand your payslip?
You do have varies concepts on your payslip. The Basic salary contains following concepts: Basic salary, (Salario base), “Prorrata”, which are to be explained as the 2 extra payments per year paid every month. We do have according to the collective agreement 14 payments per year, and Sellbytel only pay us 12 times per year. So the 2 missing, “prorrata”, are the 2 missing payments. Then you have a plus for the language if you are working with another language than Spanish, (plus idioma).
These three concepts are the same to everyone that works in another language than Spanish.
Then there are the “acuenta convenio”, “mejora personal/or another mejora”. These are used in order to reach the basic salary according to your contract.
The “acuenta conenio” Sellbytel are using it to freeze your salary. It covers the future salary raises. All raises in the future are being regulated with this one, that means that Sellbytel take the raises from the “acuenta convenio” and raise the concept “salario base”. So on the button line the salary will be the same until the “acuenta convenio” gets to 0,00, after that you will be able to notice the raises.
All the rest such as bonus, sales, or whatever it is called, depends on your project, and all questions about how these are calculated should be addressed to your Supervisor or Manager, they are the only ones who can explain you how this part of your salary are calculated.
