WHY DO WE HAVE CHANGES IN THE MEMBERS IN UGT?

In the UGT we had some members that did not agree with the group. They coursed loss of flexibility and dismissal of workers in Sellbytel. They interpreted the law and the collective agreement as the devil interprets the bible. We had many problems with them due to their lies all the time.

They could therefore not participate on the list of UGT in these general elections on the 12^th of January. CCOO did not want to have them either, so they found a new union that do not take part of the negotiations of our collective agreement, and it appears as if they don’t care about the workers either. Moreover, they are already now interrupting and destroying the negotiations that UGT do have with Sellbytel, not because they are thinking on the workers, but just because they want to do so.

Therefore it is very important that you on the 12^th of January vote UGT if you want us, not only to continue improving the workers conditions in Sellbytel, but also to keep the improvements that we have negotiated so far
