SELLBYTEL blocks email accounts

SELLBYTELhas blocked the opportunity for the workers to send emails to UGT from the Sellbytel email account.

This has been done without any communication from SELLBYTEL nor to the workers nor to UGT.

As Sellbytel only has blocked the opportunity to send emails to UGT and haven’t blocked any other union, we consider it as a hostile action and that SELLBYTEL don’t want to have an open communication nor do they have any interests in listening to the issues that exist in the company nor do they have any interest in solving them.

We have taken this issue to the appropriate authorities, and we know this can take a long time to get solved. Just another example that in Spain the companies can violate the laws as it pleases them. Workers’ rights, union’s rights, freedom of speech??? You have to fight for them and it is difficult, hard, and it takes a hell of a long time.

Meanwhile you can send us emails from your personal email account. We know that the possibility to connect to your personal email account, such as g-mail, Hotmail, yahoo etc., has been blocked in many projects. This means that you cannot use your break time to send us an email, you will have to do it after work from home.

You do still have the possibility to contact us personally in our office on the 6^th floor in Diagonal or contact any of our delegates in your work center.
