Rehirering people from the FB project

We do now see that Sellbytel already are rehirering some of the workers that was affected to the relocation of the FB project.

We have also seen that some of the workers that did not want to go to Ireland now have been dismissed due to organization or economically reasons and therefore are in tittle to receive unemployment benefits.

Before the relocation of the project, there was a lot of work being done in order to relocate as many of the workers as possible. From our side we wanted to have all the workers relocated inside Sellbytel, but that was not possible. There were several reasons to not reaching this goal, one; HR were working very slow and did not accept that some workers were interested in more than 1 project, two; according to Sellbytel recruiters some of the workers did not have the right profile or they were over qualified, three; not all works wanted to continue working with Sellbytel due to various reasons.
