Sellbytel deleted vacation days and gave a warning for unjustified absence.
Persecution of the union? Well yes!
We see this as persecution because there have been previous examples where the company has sanctioned a UGT delegate for nonsense. In this case our delegate was sick two days and could not move to ICAM in Barcelona, which is a three-hour round trip. Our delegate agreed with the responsible this week in his project, that he took two days as holidays. A week later the company erased these two vacation days and gave a warning for a serious offense for two days of unjustified absence with a penalty of suspension of five days of work and salary, and certainly they will discount the bonus he earned the month before even though there are verdicts that says this is a double penalty and is against regulations.
