UGT y la CCOO, los principales sindicatos de trabajadores a
nivel nacional, han descartado la convocatoria de huelgas y paros para este 8
de marzo, el Día Mundial de la Mujer. Sin embargo, estas asociaciones seguirán
apostando por la reivindicación y han anunciado la organización de actos,
presenciales y virtuales, que cumplan con todas las medidas de seguridad
respecto al coronavirus.
MANIFESTACIONES DE MENOS DE 500 PERSONAS
La jornada de protestas de 2021 tratará de combinar el
formato presencial y virtual, para evitar grandes aglomeraciones que puedan
aumentar el número de contagios.
También se celebrarán distintas reivindicaciones en
formato online. Es el caso de los actos planificados por el Instituto de la Mujer y para la Igualdad de Oportunidades, que ha
organizado un programa de actos virtuales bajo el lema 'Por ser Mujeres. España
Feminista'. Hasta el 24 de marzo organizarán seminarios y
conversatorios en los que se dará voz a mujeres feministas, que este
año estarán dedicados e intentarán rendir homenaje a todas aquellas mujeres que
se han visto afectadas por la crisis sanitaria.
